The founder of Central Test, Patrick Leguide has two degrees in Psychology and Management. He is also the head of the Research and Innovation department. Under his leadership, Central Test has consolidated its position as a European leader while accelerating its international growth.
Head of the Madagascan branch, Sylvia is also in charge of leads generation and sales partnerships. She has a master's in Strategic Management and more than 10 years' experience in direct marketing.
Ajay holds an MBA and has more than 11 years' experience in management. He joined Central Test in 2009 as a Sales Manager, and he currently heads our Indian branch in Bangalore.
Sabine has a master's in Psychological Research Methods. She joined Central Test in 2009 and currently heads our branch in London. She also has a British Psychological Society (BPS) certification in ability and personality test use (TUA/TUP).
Céline hold a PhD in Psychology and is currently managing the Training and Consulting hub of the Research and Innovation department. She joined Central Test in 2008 as a consultant psychologist. She is a former researcher at Paris 5 University.
Rianala holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and joined Central Test in June 2007 as a developer. He is currently the head of our IT department and continues to actively take part in the development of our tools.
Lucia holds a master's degree in Modern Languages and a postgraduate diploma in Communication, Culture, and Society. She joined Central Test in 2008 as Webmarketing Executive. Today, she manages Communications in France and abroad.
Claudia has a master's degree in International Business and Marketing. She is involved in business development and sales distribution in the Spanish and Latin American markets.
Keren specialises in accounting and administration. She joined Central Test in 2005, and is currently in charge of the management and coordination of the Administrative, Finance, and Accounting departments.
Harry joined Central Test in 2007 as an intern in the Sales department. He is currently in charge of a large client portfolio and the management of Customer Satisfaction/Relationships.
