The sessions are conducted by qualified consultant psychologists who are a part of our Research and Development team. They have extensive experience in the application  of our assessments in an organizational context. In addition to training, we provide extensive client support and consulting services.

Our training modules

Certification Training

These training courses are principally aimed at HR professionals who are not certified users of psychometric assessments.

They enable you to become proficient in the use of psychometric assessments and to integrate them into your HR processes.

This training module is required to use Central Test's assessments and does not require prior knowledge of psychometrics.

Your benefits

The case studies and practical sessions are adapted to the participants’ level of knowledge and will help you put what you learn into practice straight away.

Face-to-face interaction allows exchanges between the participants and the trainer, while role-playing reinforces the group dynamic and the acquisition of the training content.

Your newfound knowledge will allow you to independently manage your evaluation process.

The Central Test certification acknowledges the competencies in psychometrics that participants gained during the training.

Target audience: HR professionals and Operations Managers
Duration: Half day to one day per assessment
Participants: 2-10 participants
Location: On our premises or at your offices

Conversion training

These training courses are intended for Human Resources professionals who are already certified users of psychometric tests (e.g. BPS certification) or for people who hold a psychology qualification.

They provide information on the specifics of Central Test’s tools and are a necessary prerequisite for a basic use of the assessment platform.

Your benefits

Videoconference training is considered more efficient. It takes only 1.5 to 2.5 hours per assessment!

The training focuses only on the specific features of Central Test's assessments.

Training can be adjusted to meet your requirements and to suit your schedule.

At the end of the training, we offer a personalised follow-up to ensure you can confidently use and understand the assessments.

Target audience: HR professionals and psychologists who are certified users of psychometric tests
Duration: 1.5-2.5 hours per test
Participants: 2-5 participants
Method of training: Video conference, face-to-face
Location: At your workplace of location of choice
 

Thematic training

These training courses are intended for Human Resources professionals, particularly recruitment and mobility managers, management consultants, and team leaders who wish to improve their HR practices.

The main objective of this type of training is to focus on the assessments and methods that respond to specific current challenges, such as sales force management, manager training programmes, and increasing team cohesion.
