Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a qualified Sales and Business Development Executive with at least three years’ experience to develop our activity. Ideally he/she should have experience in selling new technologies (office automation, software publishing,etc...) to decision-makers (CEOs, HR directors, chief financial officers), or in HR services (recruitment, outsourcing, job boards, IT consulting, etc...) and already live in Bangalore (India).

Key responsabilities:

  • Prospecting for new clients within a defined sales area
  • Identifying decision-makers and defining their needs
  • Conducting negotiations and closing deals
  • Ensuring sales reporting
  • Meeting monthly and annual sales objectives
  • Ensuring product promotion to our customers and increasing client base
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements with IT and consulting teams
  • Developing and negotiating contracts
  • Following complete sales cycle and ensuring payment collection
  • Ensuring proper CRM updates and monitoring
  • Being able to travel 10-20% of time for client meetings/events

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales or Business related
  • Perfectly fluent in English (written and spoken). C1 level expected
  • Three years & above experience in Sales
  • Excellent negotiation skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven aptitude for business
  • Responsible, ambitious, demonstrating self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work independently

Additional information:

  • Full time contract
  • Pay: TBD
  • Offices located in Bangalore (India)
